Mikkel Kristensen joined BAM Motorsport Management in 2024 and made his prototype debut with Inter Europol Competition at the Malaysia round of the Asian Le Mans Series. Prior to stepping into endurance racing, Mikkel built his foundations in karting between 2021 and 2023, before completing extensive testing in Spanish GT machinery during 2024. He further developed his racecraft in the Ligier JS2R before making the transition to LMP3 competition.
In 2025, Mikkel continued his progression in the Asian Le Mans Series, competing in the LMP3 category with Inter Europol Competition and gaining valuable experience at international level. He then stepped up to the Michelin Le Mans Cup with Nielsen Racing, driving the #7 ADESS AD25 LMP3 throughout the season. Across both championships, Mikkel demonstrated progress, composure and adaptability, reinforcing his potential as a developing endurance racer.
With the support of BAM Motorsport Management, Mikkel continues to establish himself on the international stage, laying strong foundations for a future in prototype racing.
For 2026, Mikkel returns to the Michelin Le Mans Cup for a full season with ANS Motorsport, continuing his development in LMP3 competition. Alongside this, he will contest a partial programme in the Ultimate Cup Series with Nova by ANS, gaining further experience across both sprint and endurance racing formats as he builds momentum into the next phase of his career.
