SV Racing (SVR) is delighted to announce a new sporting partnership with Veloce Sports, which will provide driver coaches and technical support to the Champion team’s stable of drivers for the duration of 2015.
Founded by British Formula 3 race winner, Rupert Svendsen-Cook, and SVR’s latest addition to its Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup line-up, Jack Clarke, Veloce Sports is at the forefront of its field and delivers the finest driver coaching and technical support.
Veloce Sports is proud to be associated with a vast number of high-calibre, talented drivers such as Harry Tincknell, who is preparing for a full-time FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) campaign with Nissan’s revolutionary LMP1 effort, which includes a return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Alongside their driver and technical support operation, Svendsen-Cook and Clarke also manage a luxury one-on-one driver training business, which provides supercar owner-drivers with opportunities to take their pride and joy around the world’s most iconic race circuits, such as Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
“We are delighted to establish this sporting partnership between Veloce Sports and SV Racing,” said Veloce Sports Co-Founder, Svendsen-Cook. “For us, we only look to place our drivers and work with teams who win races and are of the highest standards. Very quickly, SV Racing has established itself as one of the most competitive and professional racing teams outside of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and it makes complete sense to work together on a sporting level, as we both share the same goals for success in the industry. We will be supplying the best team of driver coaches in the UK to SV Racing, and will also be providing driving experiences to SVR’s sponsors through our Drivers’ Club.”
SV Racing Director, Danny Buxton, said: “I am delighted to have forged a new sporting partnership with Veloce Sports. Rupert (Svendsen-Cook) and I both get on very well outside of the motor racing scene and Jack (Clarke), Rupert and I all share very similar views on how drivers and race teams should work with each other. The bar is set very high with quality personnel on both sides, so it should make for some very exciting results for years to come.”
The 2015 Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup will rev into life at Clarke’s home circuit of Brands Hatch in Kent over Easter (4-5 April).
