Here’s what the ever-burgeoning raft of PIM drivers and teams have been up to.

MOMO Megatron Lechner Racing
PIM’s first ever signing has been enjoying a good run of results in the Porsche Super Cup, the supporting series to Formula 1. The last two rounds have seen Dylan Pereira secure his first win of the season in difficult conditions at Hockenheim and he followed that superb result up with a strong fifth in Hungary.

In addition to flying the flag for PIM is Germany, Aidan has been busy coaching and mentoring at Sepang.

Andreas Laskaratos
Racing in European Le Mans Series with 360 Racing, Greek driver Andreas Laskaratos is new to PIM and the series and has already secured top ten positions in the series. Andreas started racing in 2017 before moving on to the V de V Endurance Series in 2018 where he won one of his two starts. This year with PIM on board he is quickly learning his trade at a high level alongside James Winslow and John Corbett.

Callum Ilott
Racing in Formula 2 with the Sauber Junior team, Calum is part of the Ferrari Driver Academy and is aiming to compete at the highest level in single seaters. Callum joined PIM as a Global Ambassador in June and as well as his F2 duties – where he secured his first odium at Circuit de Catalunya – has also tested the Alfa Romeo C38 F1 car. With eight rounds of the F2 championship remaining, Calum is very much looking to take the PIM brand to the top step of the podium.

Eurasia Motorsport
Over at Eurasia Motorsport, the Asian-based squad has announced that alongside its TCR Asia campaign currently underway, it will also compete in both TCR Thailand and Malaysia with Hyundai i30N TCR cars. In addition, the team are busy testing in readiness for multiple entries in the forthcoming Asian Le Mans Series.

Mike Conway
Racing for the ultra-successful Toyota Gazoo Racing in the FIA World Endurance Championship, Mike lost out in the final stages of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Leading from pole, Mike and his teammates dominated the event until a puncture late in the race robbed them of the deserved win.

With the WEC Super Season concluded, and the runner-up position in the history books, Mike travelled stateside for the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen in the IMSA series. A busy season of WEC resumed for Mike at the end of the Month as the WEC 2019-20 season gets underway.

Nicky Catsburg
As BMW Motorsport factory driver, Nicky recently wrapped up the FIA World Endurance Championship at Le Mans and was soon back in the thick of the action representing PIM at the fabled 24 Hours of Spa. Nicky took over the lead of the event in the closing portion of the race, but the timing of safety car periods meant that he and the Walkenhorst Motorsport crew had to be content with an 11th place finish.

Nicky continues his programme in WTCR as factory Hyundai driver and will compete in select events for BMW for the rest of the season.

Nielsen Racing
With a twin campaign in both the European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup, Nielsen Racing continue to compete at the highest levels, including last time out in Barcelona where Colin Noble and Tony Wells finished in second position; earning the PIM Race Rewards to boot.

The team travel to Silverstone at the end of the month and are busy preparing for another assault on the Asian Le Mans Series.
