LADA Sport World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) team and LUKOIL, the team’s sponsor for the 2013 and 2014 seasons, have decided to complete their co-operation in motorsport, as LUKOIL will now shift its focus to the preparation of other racing projects for the forthcoming 2015 season.
Until the end of the current season (the Asian leg of WTCC – China, Japan and Macau) LADA’s manufacturer team will compete under LADA Sport brand.
LADA Sport expresses its gratitude to LUKOIL for a highly successful partnership and good results in WTCC and Russian Racing Series.
Russian driver Mikhail Kozlovskiy will continue his co-operation with LADA Sport until the end of the 2014 and 2015 seasons together with British drivers Rob Huff and James Thompson.
