December brought wins in Sepang, January delivered Daytona glory, and February continued the momentum with strong results in Abu Dhabi and a first Formula E pole position. It’s been a high-powered start to the year, with podiums, poles, and titles already in play.

December and January in Action: Driver Performances & Results
5th-7th December
Formula E – Round 1, Mexico City
Nico Müller made his Porsche debut in Season 12 of Formula E, delivering a strong opening performance. He qualified 12th and raced through the field to finish in P5, securing solid points for the team in the first round of the season.
Malaysia 12 Hours – Sepang
Alec Udell joined Cerny Motorsport for the Malaysia 12 Hours and claimed victory in the GT4 class, rounding off his endurance season with a win.
12th-14th December
Asian Le Mans Series – Round 1, Sepang
Endurance racing returned to Malaysia with the start of the Asian Le Mans Series, featuring several BAM drivers across multiple categories.
- Henry Cubides Olarte-(LMP3 Inter Europol Competition) – Claimed P1 in Race 1 on debut and followed it up with P4 in Race 2 — a standout start to his campaign.
- Ben Green (JMR) – Finished P9 in Race 1 and P12 in Race 2, showing consistency through the opening weekend.
- Dan Harper (WRT) – Recovered from a tough Race 1 (P12) and stormed to a strong P2 finish in Race 2, continuing his strong run of endurance results.
9th-11th January
Formula E – Round 2 – Mexico City
Nico Müller continued his strong start to the Formula E season with another P5 finish in Mexico, showing consistency and pace early in the year.
6 Hours of Abu Dhabi – Yas Marina
Dan Harper teamed up with WRT for this winter endurance classic and secured P2 overall — a strong pre-season performance for the BMW factory driver.
16th-18th January
Dubai 24 Hours – Dubai Autodrome
Jordan Pepper kicked off his 2026 campaign in style, taking overall victory with WRT in the Dubai 24 Hours — a perfect start to his new programme as a full-time BMW factory driver.
Roar Before the 24 – Daytona International Speedway
Six BAM-supported entries were on track in the build-up to the Rolex 24, with competitive pace shown across every class.

23rd-25th January
Rolex 24 at Daytona – IMSA Season Opener
The 2026 IMSA season kicked off with a standout performance at Daytona, as BAM-supported drivers secured a class victory, double LMP2 podium, and strong results across GTP, GTD Pro, and GTD.
- Dan Harper & Neil Verhagen – #1 Paul Miller Racing (GTD Pro) – Victory in class after a dominant and strategic drive through changing race conditions.
- Inter Europol Competition
- #43 (LMP2) – Pole position and finished P2, leading large portions of the race.
- #343 (LMP2) – Gained ground from P6 to complete the team’s double podium with a strong P3 result.
- Ben Green – #13 13 Autosport (GTD) – Impressive P4 on debut, gaining 12 positions from his P16 qualifying slot in a competitive field.
- Nicky Catsburg – #4 Corvette Racing (GTD Pro) – Climbed to P4, battling through traffic and late safety car interruptions.
- Nick Yelloly – #93 Acura (GTP) – Started from pole position and fought hard in the lead group, eventually finishing P5.
30th – 1st February
Asian Le Mans Series – Round 2, Dubai
Henry Cubides Olarte continued his winning ways in Race 1, securing his second LMP3 victory of the season with Inter Europol Competition after an impressive drive. Dan Harper’s race ended early after contact, while Ben Green brought the JMR car home in P13. In Race 2, Harper bounced back to take the win, Green finished P11, and Cubides recovered to P7 after a suspension issue.
Formula E – Miami E-Prix
Nico Müller made headlines in Miami as he clinched his first-ever pole position in Formula E with the Porsche Factory Team. He converted the strong qualifying into a P2 race finish.
6th-8th February
Asian Le Mans Series – Rounds 5 & 6 – Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi
The 2025/26 Asian Le Mans Series wrapped up under the lights of Abu Dhabi, where BAM drivers ended the campaign on a high.
In Race 1, Dan Harper powered through from fifth on the grid to take victory in the GT class, marking another standout drive with WRT. Henry Cubides Olarte initially qualified third in LMP3, and crossed the line P1 but was disqualified post-race due to a technical infringement. Ben Green’s campaign came to an early close after his car was retired before the race.
Race 2 saw Henry bounce back to finish second, securing P2 in the LMP3 championship. Dan finished tenth in GT, which was enough to lock in second place overall in the championship after a consistent and successful run of races.
