Adam and Daniel Ali have been on the radar of BAM Motorsport Management for some time and having competed successfully for several years in karting in North America, the duo are now taking the next step in their respective careers as they aim to forge professional racing careers in Prototype competition.
BAM Motorsport Management has signed both on long-term contracts to help them fulfil their transition from karting to cars and has enjoyed a close relationship with the Ali family. Fareed is an amateur driver himself and through his business, has utilized the services of BAM Motorsports for hospitality over the years as well as commercial guidance of his business in motorsport.
The teenage pairing have both already represented their native Canada as part of the national team and with BAM, are now at the stage to further develop their skills as part of an evaluation programme that will ultimately result in them carving out careers in professional international motorsport.
Both Adam and Daniel recently completed tests with Inter Europol Competition at Monza and Vallelunga, under the watchful eye of reigning Le Mans Cup champion Colin Noble. Both acquitted themselves well to the Ligier LMP3 and now, together with BAM, will explore options – both in the US and Europe – for their respective race debuts.
“I am excited to announce that as of today, I will be a long-term driver with the BAM Motorsports Management team as I begin my transition into car racing. I am humbled to be their newest addition to their management program which already manages numerous elite drivers in the world of motorsports.
“Being in partnership with BAM will not only guide me as I decide what championships to participate in to further my prototype racing career, but also allows me to interact with their other managed drivers. Colin Noble, another extremely successful driver managed by BAM, has already been working with me during my transition into cars, most recently while testing an LMP3 race car in Monza with Inter Europol Competition. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity BAM has given me and I am excited to see where it takes me in the world of racing.”
“I am honoured to be part of the BAM Motorsport Management team, and I am grateful for this opportunity to join the many incredibly talented drivers from around the world that are currently managed or represented by BAM. This is an incredible step in my racing career which will allow me to make the best decisions in pursuing my racing opportunities and I cannot wait to get started.
“Working with BAM, I have already had successful test weekends in Vallelunga and Monza in an LMP3 race car with coaching from Michelin Le Mans Cup winner Colin Noble, who is also managed by BAM. I cannot thank BAM Motorsports enough for giving me this opportunity and I can’t wait to see where this takes me in the future.”
David Madgwick, MD BAM Motorsports Group
“We are excited to see Adam and Daniel join our management group. We have known the family for years in the capacity of BAM Motorsports events as well as advising Fareed on his commercial operations in motorsport and in his business. It is, therefore, a natural step to manage the careers of his two sons and to deliver suitable programs as a part of their journey in motorsport.”
