BAM Motorsport Management has been entrusted with an ambitious project to take Nobu Yamanaka, an amateur 58-year-old club racer, to the 24 Hours of Le Mans in just two and a half years.
BAM designed and created a comprehensive programme to develop his skills, whilst ensuring that he enjoyed his racing and became competent to race as a gentleman driver in high-level international racing.
BAM created a programme to test and race in LMP3, managing the funding of his car, its performance, maintenance and operation before stepping the programme up to LMP2 in Asian Le Mans. We created and managed the programme, which in turn gave him an outright 24 Hours of Le Mans entry for 2020.
